- display your items at eye height

- organise your stall the night before and look at it from a distance to make sure the table is not too messy/cluttered

Ways to successfully promote an etsy shop

I have recently found that twitter is actually more successful for getting views on my etsy store, than via promotion on Facebook.

I'm yet to have a lot of success from paying Etsy to boost my items in the search engine.

What to get dads for Father's Day?

It is often difficult to buy the "perfect" gift for Father's Day. For my husband anyway!

Men may tend to buy what that they need at the moment that they need it. So I find it difficult to buy my husband items that he needs. I also have this wish to match or beat the gift that I bought him last yet. Common I know!

So last year I made him a mug with our kids' foot prints on it and a chopping board with engraved photos on it - www.facebook.com/GcsCreativeOccasions. This year I was thinking a canvas with my husband's shoe print in a dark blue or green, and my twins' shoe prints in a pink and baby blue paint. With the wording "we wish to follow in your foot prints" or something like that.
